Now
you're in the driver's seat to negotiate YOUR new home...
Wants And Needs. Depending
on the reasons that you're selling, you've likely got
a pretty good idea as to what kind f features you'd
like in the new home you buy. We'll work with you to
create a list of wants and needs and search to find
the properties that meet your specific criteria. It's
actually a good idea to do some preliminary research
BEFORE you sell your home. You certainly don't want
to be 3 weeks into escrow only to find that there's
nothing on the market that meets your needs and/or your
budget.
Living In the Interim. One
of the biggest concerns that home sellers have, especially
if they receive an offer prior to finding their next
home, is "Where will we live in the meantime?".
This can be quite a heavy concern, especially the more
people that will be affected by the move. We can help
you find a suitable solution. Here are just a few of
the options that we can help you with.
Lease-Back -
We can help
you negotiate a "lease-back" or "rent-back"
period where you continue to live in the home and
rent it back from the buyer while you find and close
on your new home.
Lease-Purchase -
Depending on the
situation of the sellers of the home which you are
buying, it may be possible to move INTO your new home
as a renter while you complete the closing process
In the event that you want
to explore the options of turning your current home
into an investment property rather than selling the
home, we can work with you on different scenarios from
providing you with resources, property managers, leases,
etc. to helping you cash out your equity to put down
towards your new house. We are seasoned, and active,
real estate investors ourselves and are always staying
abreast of current market conditions suitable for investors.
