To Use A Real Estate Agent Or
Not To Use An Real Estate Agent: This is an important
question to answer when you are buying a home. It is
possible to find and buy a home without using a real
estate agent, but keep in mind that this is one of the
most important decisions that you will ever make
and quite possibly the largest purchase.
Your home may account for as much
as 1/3 of all of your monthly spending. It is also likely
going to be one of if not the large asset
(or liability if not entered into with appropriate consideration)
that you own. Because of this, you will need to make
many important financial decisions, understand complex
issues, and complete a lot of paperwork. You need someone
that not only understands real estate, but understands
finances and financing alternatives.
Not All Buyers' Agents Are Created
Equal! Buyers agents as the name might
indicate specialize in helping buyers find homes!
Buyers agents listen to what you want and then
help you find your ideal home. When we work with buyers,
we treat them as partners in the process. Upon signing
a simple buyer's agreement, we are able to then determine
the specific needs and wants that buyers have and automatically
notify the moment that a home, meeting your requirements
becomes available. You simply review the property, notify
us if you are interested in seeing the proeprty, and
we'll make the appointment to get you in as soon as
possible!
Our Buyers Performance Promise
gaurantees that you will no longer have to leave voice-mails
for agents who don't call you back... No longer will
you have to wait for an open house to see a home or
call an ad in the paper only to get the 3rd degree.
We handle all of that for you!
Buyers Agents are FREE
Resources! Real estate agents don't make a dime
unless they help you buy a home. And what's better is
that, in Florida (and many other states), the SELLER
PAYS THE REALTOR®, not you! So naturally,
it's in their best interests to work hard for you and
to share their resources. Doesn't it make sense to have
a professional work for you for FREE?
Progessional buyers agents will
work with you to represent you and your best interests
during negotiations with sellers, and help you understand
all of your options while you are making key decisions.
Also, keep in mind that the majority of sellers have
agents working on their side, doesn't it make sense
to have someone on yours?
Priority Access: We are a
full service real estate team. Real Estate is what we
do 24/7. In many cases, we know of properties BEFORE
other agents or home buyers. In addition, we also aggressively
market to homeowners and investors and often know of
properties that are not on the market YET!
Selecting The RIGHT Realtor®
(Realtor® is a licensed trademark and not all
real estate agents are Realtors®)
When selecting an agent to help
with the home buying process, it's important to consider
the following:
- Use a full-time
real estate agent who has experience completing transactions
similar to yours.
- Interview 2-3 real estate
agents: Are they familiar with the area? Do they understand
financing? Are they asking you the right questions?
- Find an agent who is tech-savvy:
todays transactions move at Internet speed.
- Ask how much time the agent
will have for you, and if they have a licensed assistant:
Successful agents are often the most efficient, and
can afford to pay a knowledgeable assistant who will
always be available to answer your questions.
- Ask about their credentials
and continuing education: A good agent will continually
strive to improve and gain knowledge of the latest
real estate trends. Only agents who are members of
the National Association of Realtors can call themselves
a REALTOR®.
- Does the agent return your
calls promptly? Expect for calls to be returned within
24 hours. Time is money when attempting to buy a home.
- Ask for a list of homes
theyve sold or a list of references.
